This is a cloud service using smartphones and in-vehicle GPS terminals to acquire the position data of vehicles and sales people to predict the arrival time to the destination and manage the work progress. Real-time VICS information is utilized to predict the arrival time to the destination, which is helpful to provide such services as early detection of delay in arrival and provision of arrival information in advance. This system can also reduce the burden of drivers’ clerical work by, for example, assisting daily report data entry through automatic judgment of destination arrival and work progress entry from smartphone terminals.
